Course Description

This intensive 5-day Six Sigma Green Belt certification course equips participants with the tools and methodologies to lead process improvement projects. • Design of Experiments (DOE) basics
• Solution selection and prioritization methods
• Implementation planning and change management
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) and control charts

Day 5: Lean Principles and Project Management

• Lean concepts and waste elimination techniques
• 5S, Visual Management, and Standard Work
• Project management and team leadership skills
