Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to registrations for Blackbird Training Centre's public courses. They are the Registration and Cancellation Terms of our Privacy Policy.

Payment

• Payment in full is required at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
• Self-nominations require upfront payment upon completion of the online registration form (Apply Now).

If you cancel

• A full refund is given if we receive notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the course starts.
• A 50% refund is provided for notice received up to 48 hours prior to the course start date.

Urgent cases

In urgent cases such as a crisis or denied airport access, the course cost will be fully refunded or rescheduled for a later date, depending on mutual agreement. If a reschedule is not agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.

If we cancel

If a course is canceled or seats are unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the client. Confirmation of registration is subject to review by Blackbird Training and seat availability.
