BlackBird Training offers personalized training, extensive experience since 2001, client satisfaction, flexibility, and a focus on your training journey.
Based on the location of the course, we follow the working days of the country itself, which is as follows: USA, Europe, and Asia on Monday Arab countries on Sunday
  • Every one week-course consists of 20 hours divided into 5 days
  • Every two week-course consists of 40 hours divided into 10 days
  • Every training day consists of 4 hours (9am – 1pm)
  • To ensure we serve every client individually, we customize the timing and duration based on your needs
Our employee is typically on-call 24/7 from Sunday to Thursday.
  • 8am – 6pm (Istanbul Time)
  • 6am – 4pm (London Time)
English and Arabic – sometimes both English and Arabic at the same time Most of our trainers can speak both languages. So even though the course language is officially in English, upon your request, the delivery of the course can be in Arabic yet maintaining English terms.
Sure! Typically, we have (send 3 employees and pay for 2) in the same topic, date, and city. For bigger number of participants, we do our best to be your training partner

The fees do not include any accommodation or flight ticket.

After each course with BlackBird Training, you gain a discount card for your next training course with us. You are also free to give this card to one of your friends or family members. You can also use this card for as many people as you want to register in the same course.
It’s 15% discount. When you register again with BlackBird Training, you can type/mention the Coupon Code behind the card; and the amount will automatically be deducted

Sure! Once you Apply for the course, we can send you the letter you need.

You will find your full name on the sign with the driver to take you to the hotel where you are staying. The driver will have your number too, just in case.

Once you press and fill the button (Apply Now), we will send you 1) An invoice 2) Letter of Acceptance We will send you a Confirmation Letter, once we have one of the following:

  • Full payment before 10 days of the course start date
  • An official Purchase Order (PO)
  • An official Confirmation Letter
  • Our invoice stamped and signed by an authorized person at your organization

Within 24 hours of your registration

You should pay, at least, 10 days before the start date of the course

We understand emergencies of our clients. So, you may get refunded as follows:

  • 100% of the fee if the cancellation is notified 4 weeks or more before the start date
  • 50% of the fee if the cancellation is between 2-4 weeks before the start date
  • Every training day consists of 4 hours (9am – 1pm)
  • No refund if notice of cancellation is given less than 2 weeks prior to the start date Please also see our Terms and Conditions
