Our Privacy Policy pertains to the information we gather about you when you use our products or services, or in other interactions. This encompasses your personal details, such as your name and contact information, as well as any records or information associated with your training. Blackbird Training will not share your training and consulting data without your consent. We adhere to our Quality policy by ensuring that client information, both personal and organizational, remains private.

Registration Terms
For our public courses, clients' HR/Training departments are responsible for processing nominations, except for self-nominations, which require upfront payment upon completion of the online registration form (Apply Now). If a course is canceled or seats are unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the client. Confirmation of registration is subject to review by Blackbird Training and seat availability.
Cancellation Terms
Payment in full is required at least 7 days prior to the course start date. If the client cancels the course, a full refund will be given if we receive notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the course starts. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the course start date. In urgent cases such as a crisis or denied airport access, the course cost will be fully refunded or rescheduled for a later date, depending on mutual agreement. If a reschedule is not agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.

At Blackbird, we actively pursue continuous improvement. Therefore, we welcome feedback regarding our people, products, or processes.
