Course Description
This intensive 5-day Six Sigma Green Belt certification course equips participants with the tools and methodologies to lead process improvement projects. Attendees will master the DMAIC framework, statistical analysis techniques, and Lean principles to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality in their organizations.

- Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage R&R
- Process capability analysis
- Introduction to Minitab statistical software
Day 3: Analyze Phase
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) techniques
- Hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
- Correlation and regression analysis
- Root cause analysis tools (Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys)
Day 4: Improve and Control Phases
- Design of Experiments (DOE) basics
- Solution selection and prioritization methods
- Implementation planning and change management
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) and control charts
Day 5: Lean Principles and Project Management
- Lean concepts and waste elimination techniques
- 5S, Visual Management, and Standard Work
- Project management and team leadership skills
- Six Sigma project simulation and case studies
