  • Selection, maintenance, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Respiratory protection programs and fit testing procedures.
  • Occupational noise exposure limits and hearing conservation programs.

Day 3: Electrical Safety and Machine Guarding

  • Electrical safety requirements and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Controlling hazardous energy during maintenance and servicing.
  • Machine guarding principles and applications.
  • Powered industrial trucks: safety, inspection, and operator training.

Day 4: Health Hazards and Industrial Hygiene

  • Identifying and controlling biological and chemical hazards.
  • Bloodborne pathogens and exposure control plans.
  • Ergonomics and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Handling, storage, and labeling of hazardous materials.
  • Permit-required confined space entry and rescue procedures.

  • Conducting workplace inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Developing and maintaining effective safety and health programs.
